Recreational/Grassroots | U13-U19

Our U13-U19 players continue to improve their soccer mastery.  Team play and tactics are a strong focus, as well as continued work on personal and technical skills.  Play is almost entirely against teams from other clubs, and by now can be fairly vigorous and competitive.  

Birth Years: 2007 - 2013

  • Age Groups: Players are divided into 2-3 different age groups based on birth year

  • U14 will contain players born in 2012 and 2013

  • U16 will contain players born in 2010 and 2011

  • U19 will contain players born in 2007 and 2009

Registration Cost/Dates:

  • $250.00 ($25 rebate available when 5 family volunteer hours are completed)

  • Early Bird Discount of $15 for registrations completed before June 1, 2025

  • Late Registrations will have a charge of $15 applied when completed after June 30, 2025

  • Final Registration Date: July 15, 2025  (Please contact us after this date.  We will do our best to accommodate, subject to team roster sizes.)

Program Details:

  • 12+ week program (2 practices / trainings per week, 1.5 hours per training)

  • 11 v 11 format

  • 60-90 minute games, usually on Saturdays

  • Matches in Natomas and at other clubs within the Greater Sacramento area.

  • Uniform: $$ TBD (required purchase if player does not have the Natomas FA U9-U19 Grassroots uniform from 2023/2024) 

  • Ball (Size 5) - all players will need a ball for practices, either purchased during registration or purchased from any store

Timeline Fall 2025:

  • Registration Opens: May 1, 2025

  • Early Bird Discount ($15) through May 31, 2025.

  • Registration Closes: June 30, 2025

  • Late registrations (July 1 and later) will incur a $15 late fee.  Placement is subject to roster space and coaching availability.

  • Teams are formed and coaching needs identified: July 2025

  • Recreational Coaches Meeting: TBD (late July/early August)

  • Team Rosters Posted and Practices Begin: August 2025

  • First matches begin late August/early Sept 2025

  • Final matches played at the beginning of Nov 2025.
